Sean maybe young, but he is not lacking in knowledge of the market. He will work his butt off for you. He will find answers for you, even for unusual questions. We did not plan on working with Sean. We contacted him to see a certain property and from there we figured we would spend the afternoon with him to see what else he might come up with. He found some great places. And we went out with two other realtors and in the end it was a house that Sean showed us we wanted to know more about. Sean made a lot of phone calls and most likely drove some people crazy, but he got answers. And we bought the house. I will use Sean again.

Sean is not a good agent he is a GREAT agent. After working with the first agent who didn't even market our duplex correctly we approached Sean after seeing one of his listings. His marketing plan and how he already had buyers looking in the area we felt comfortable signing a listing agreement with him. Within 2 weeks we had a full price offer. Smooth inspection and easy closing. As an investor who sells a good amount of property every year I can highly recommend Sean he is excellent.
