Q. As a Buyer, do I owe a Realtor working on my behalf a commission on the sale of a home?
A. No. However, there a slight few circumstances where the answer may be yes. Ask the Realtor how they would handle a commission shortfall prior to working with that person.
Q. How many homes will I have to see before finding the right one?
A. As many as it takes, but on average, I show about 20-30 homes before a buyer submits an offer. It can be fewer, and it can be more.
