Yes, there is a FREE LUNCH. Exactly what it says!!! This is a "no strings" attached lunch where you can sit down with me and ask me anything that you want about real estate......and, I'll pick up the tab. Bring all of your real estate questions and enjoy lunch - simple as that. NO sales pitch, just conversation. If you are also questioning whether or not you can afford a home, I can arrange to have a lender at the meeting with absolutely no obligation.
What I cannot answer is information regarding an ongoing transaction, or a potential transaction. Due to agency law, everything that I talk about will be in regards to the real estate market in general.
