Welcome to my new blog about Real Estate in the Denver Metro Area. I'll be updating this blog w/ news and other items of general interest as it pertains to Real Estate in the Denver Metro Area.

As you can tell from this mailer, the big thing that stands out is that the number of total sales is down this year in the 5 major counties that I do the majority of my work. On top of that, Average Sold Prices are also down, save for Adams County.
Right now, I think we are chugging along slowly, losing some value, but chugging along. The nice thing is that the bottom has not totally fallen out of this market. We are certainly not wowing people, but if we can continue to hold out, hopefully we will get a boost when the market starts to recover.
